5.5 Fraud Prevention and Security

To detect and prevent unauthorised account access, multiple account operation, bonus abuse, collusion, and money laundering; to monitor login patterns and transaction behaviour for anomalies; and to share relevant data with fraud prevention systems and law enforcement where legally required.

5.6 Responsible Gaming

To implement player-set deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion periods; to monitor account activity for patterns consistent with problem gambling; and to proactively apply welfare measures where indicated — in accordance with e3jl's responsible gaming obligations and PAGCOR standards.

5.7 Customer Support
