These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and e3jl with respect to your use of the e3jl platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at e3jl.org. Please read them carefully before registering or playing.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") are entered into by and between e3jl ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") and you, the individual registering for or using the e3jl platform ("you," "Player," "User"). 3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the e3jl platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and net winnings from bonus funds may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document, a valid and accessible email address, your current residential address within the Philippines, and a valid mobile phone number registered in your name. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and must update it promptly if any details change.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e3jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party and must not allow any other person to access your account. e3jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify e3jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification
Prior to processing any withdrawal, e3jl will require completion of identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations. Acceptable identification documents include valid Philippine passports, PhilSys national identification cards, and Philippine driver's licences. e3jl may also require proof of address and, where applicable, documentation supporting the source of funds.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
e3jl currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online Banking, and QR Ph/InstaPay. Available payment methods are subject to change without notice. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the e3jl platform.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit at e3jl is one hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to your e3jl wallet in Philippine Peso. GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantaneously under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may require fifteen to sixty minutes to reflect. e3jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge fees independently.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal is two hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200). Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the same name as the e3jl account. e3jl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Verified account GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed in under five minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days. e3jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on the e3jl platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). e3jl does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, free bets, and promotional offers made available through the e3jl platform are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail only to the extent of the conflict.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty-five times before a withdrawal of any associated funds can be processed). Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account upon expiry without compensation.
5.3 Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Practices
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: operating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering patterns designed to exploit wagering requirement rules with minimal variance exposure, or coordinated play with other accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially — is strictly prohibited. Where e3jl identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, void winnings derived from the bonus, and permanently suspend the account.
5.4 Cashback Promotions
Cashback promotions are calculated on net real-money losses over the applicable period. Cashback rates are determined by the player's VIP tier at the time of calculation. Cashback credited under the e3jl weekly program carries no wagering requirement. Cashback calculations are final.
All games available on the e3jl platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published in each game's information panel represent the theoretical long-term average return and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. All bets placed on the e3jl platform are final upon confirmation. e3jl will not reverse completed bets except in cases of documented technical malfunction causing an incorrect game outcome. The e3jl brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorised use of any e3jl trade mark is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of trade mark law.
e3jl collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at e3jl.org/privacy-policy. By registering for an e3jl account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
e3jl takes the security of your personal and financial data seriously. All data transmitted between your device and e3jl servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES encryption. Personal data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to personnel with a legitimate need for such access in the course of their duties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, e3jl's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the e3jl platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
e3jl shall not be liable for: (i) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages; (ii) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (iii) loss of enjoyment or opportunity; (iv) losses arising from third-party actions including payment processor failures; or (v) losses arising from events outside e3jl's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit e3jl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Termination by the Player
You may close your e3jl account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Any active bonus funds and associated wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method.
12.2 Suspension or Termination by e3jl
e3jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or compliance with a directive from PAGCOR or another relevant regulatory authority.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination for cause, e3jl reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds pending completion of a compliance review. Real-money deposits will be returned to the player where no fraud or prohibited conduct has been established. The provisions of these Terms relating to intellectual property, prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive account termination.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and e3jl, you agree to first contact e3jl's support team via the live chat facility to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) days, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process prescribed by applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
The parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal or regulatory channels.
e3jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — e3jl will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the e3jl platform following the effective date of any modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support prior to the effective date.
